RETURNS
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from PJ's Paws and Claws. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with any item, please return it to us within 30 days from the original ship date. We will make any changes you like, including an exchange, credit to your account, or a refund. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. We cannot accept used, damaged or soiled items or apparel that has been worn. Pet beds, crates and carriers are non-returnable. PJ's Paws and Claws reserves the right to refuse any return at our discretion. Please allow 15 business days to process your returns. PJ’s Paws and Claws is strictly a retailer. We do not wholesale to the trade. If you are interested in purchasing a large quantity of an item, contact us at largeorders@pjspawsandclaws.com. You may be eligible for a large quantity discount.
