RETURNS
If something you bought from PJ's is not what you expected, is the wrong size or you simply changed your mind, you can send it back to us within 30 days of purchase. Just pack it up, (you can use the same box if you like), and send it to the address at the top of the packing slip. Please include the original packing slip* and on it write a brief explanation for the return (wrong size, changed mind, etc.). Please let us know if you would like a product exchange or a credit. We will issue you the credit when we receive the return. If you paid via credit card, you will receive a credit on the same account. If you paid through PayPal, you will receive a refund through PayPal.
Shipping charges are not refundable and we cannot accept returns of used merchandise. Pet beds, crates and carriers are not returnable.
If something you purchased fails due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the problem for you.
If you would like an immediate product exchange, you can place a new order with us now via our website, email or phone 206-281-9663. We will credit your account for the original product return, when we receive it.
* If you lose your original packing slip, please include a note with your name, address, phone number. On it write a brief explanation for the return (wrong size, changed mind, etc.). Please let us know if you would like a product exchange or a credit.
