We use the United States Postal Service as our exclusive worldwide shipper
Our shipping costs are estimates
The shipping cost shown at checkout is an estimate of your shipping charge. Since each item calculates its own individual weight, the shipping estimate might be higher than the actual cost. (This often happens when you purchase multiple items in one order.) If this happens, your shipping cost will be adjusted downward at the time of shipping. In the rare case where the actual shipping cost is higher than estimated, you will be contacted for approval before we ship.
If you would like to be contacted with the actual shipping cost before we ship, just include this request in the order comments box at check out. We’ll send you an email with the actual shipping cost and wait for your approval.
We do not charge your credit card until we ship your order. (Your credit card is pre-authorized only.) If you paid in advance with PayPal, the difference between the shipping cost estimate and the actual shipping cost will be refunded via PayPal.
We offer the following shipping services‡:
USPS priority service
- delivery will be 2-3 days, depending on the location (Sundays and holidays not included)
- order must be received by PJ’s before 2:30pm (Pacific time)
USPS express service*
- delivery will be overnight to many urban locations, however, only delivery by the second day is guaranteed (Sundays and holidays not included)
- order must be received by PJ’s before Noon (Pacific time)
- * if you would like your shipment to require a signature at delivery, please note that in the comments box at checkout
USPS international priority service (signature required*)
- delivery is estimated at 6-10 days, based on the country (check USPS.com for estimate from Seattle, WA)
- order must be received by PJ’s before 2:30pm (Pacific time -- GMT-8hrs)
- * the signature requirement cannot be waived on international shipments
USPS global express service (signature required*)
- delivery is estimated at 5 days, based on the country (check USPS.com for estimate from Seattle, WA)
- order must be received by PJ’s before Noon (Pacific time -- GMT-8hrs)
- * the signature requirement cannot be waived on international shipments
